With the use of assorted yoga props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks the body is supported and the muscles release chronic stress and deeply held tensions. The focus on the breath soothes the nervous system, quiets the mind and allows true relaxation.

All Levels Flow Yoga
In this gently paced class, you’ll be provided with personal modifications in a supportive environment focusing on proper alignment and balance as well as strength and flexibility. We conclude with a heavenly shavasana (guided relaxation) during which the body is allowed to process and relax. This class is also given at the Spring Lake South End Pavilion from Late June through Labor Day.
A fun fitness based blend of yoga and Pilates with the optional use of weights. Increase core and back strength while improving flexibility, balance and stability. Class concludes with a guided relaxation/meditation.
Body Focus Flow
This class is a full body flow with a focus on specific areas of the body such as the legs, shoulders and core.
Kripalu Flow is a specific approach to Asana practice that emphasizes meditation and breath work and encourages inward focus and spiritual attunement.
